Emergency Response Driving (e-Learning + Assessment)
Who should do the online training?
This online tool provides a blended approach to education and training, it is designed for driver attending an emergency response driving (ERD) course or ERD Instructor attending a course, it can also be used for refresher or continuing professional development (CPD). Successful completion of this training and assessment will generate a e-Certificate. All courses require you to pass a theoretical assessment with an 80% pass mark.

What is included in the course?
The course is based on and written in line with:
- Fire & Rescue Service (NFCC) Emergency Response Driving Framework.
- Ambulance Level 3 (CERAD) Emergency Response Driving.
- The Police system of car control (“Roadcraft”)
- Section 19 of the UK Road Safety Act 2006.

Airport Fire Service Emergency Response Driver Training (e-learning + Assessments)
Who should do the online training?
This online tool provides a blended approach to education and training, it is designed for use by Airport Fire Service emergency response drivers or Instructor/Assessors attending a course or drivers Instructor/Assessors that require refresher or continuing professional development (CPD). Successful completion of this training will generate a e-Certificate.
What is included in the course?
The courses are based on and written in line with:
- Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) CAP 699 Unit: AFF2 Site & position fire service vehicles at accident sites
- NFPA 1002 Standard for Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator
- UK National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) Emergency Response Driving Framework.
- National & International driver and Instructor Guidance including UK Sec 19 RSA.
