The training is written in line with Section 19 of the Road Safety Act 2006 and the NFCC Emergency Response Driving Framework. Courses can be delivered in Cat/Light vehicles, Category C1 & C Fire Appliances at your location across the UK.
The training is based on and meets the requirements of:
- The Police system of car control (“Roadcraft”)
- Section 19 of the Road Safety Act 2006
- NFCC emergency response driver framework
The course provides the learner with the opportunity to complete ERD-HS unit 1, a vehicle class pathway unit that best meets the vehicle type to be driven and ERD-HS unit 2.
